Updates

Version 3.14159
Okay, this one isn't much different from the last one, except for the fact that I needed an excuse to make version pi of the game. There's a new German translation, and Cubert's walk speeds have been fixed so it no longer looks like he's ice skating.

Version 2.71828
Removed AVI files, in order for those without the required Indeo video codecs to enjoy this game with minimum hassle. Also, now runs in windowed mode. Has been tested to work under Linux, using WINE. Yay!

Version 2.0
Lots o' stuff here! (hence a whole newly-numbered version) Added multi-language support, fixed some more minor save/load bugs, and corrected some spelling errors kindly pointed out by Trumgottist. Also removed the text speed changer; since speed issues are fixed, it no longer seems to be needed.

Version 1.25
Fixed the little bug which froze the game when you tried to order a Poopsie after buying a dancing elephant, and updated the game to use the newest version of SLUDGE.

Version 1.2
Fixed speed of game so that it doesn't run insanely fast on newer machines, and added a quit message. Pressing "+" now works if you have a keyboard in which "+" and "=" aren't on the same key.

Version 1.1
Fixed a bug which wouldn't let you save/load/quit at the beginning or after loading a game. Also added a cursor for typing text in the Save box, and a text speed changer.

Version 1.0
The first time Cubert ever saw the light of day. Naturally, there were quite a few bugs in this version.

How to Play

When you first run the game, you will encounter a language picker. Click on the language in which you want to run the game.

Afterwards, you will be whisked to a startup screen. If you wish to start a new game, just click. Alternatively, you can also bring up a handy-dandy menu by pressing ESC, which allows you to load, save, resume, or *gasp* quit. Bear in mind that you can access this menu anytime, I repeat, anytime in the game.

Once you get past the intro sequence and all that jazz, you will be free to control Cubert to your liking. Click on things with the left mouse button to interact with them, and the right mouse button to examine them. If you want to bring up your collection of inventory items, click anywhere else on the screen with the right mouse button.
